Researcher / Project manager 

Main duties and responsibilities:

·        Write and develop project proposals for large scale European projects (such as "Horizon 2020")

·        Lead research, write papers and research reports

·        Manage / coordinate of project activities 

Required knowledge, experience, and qualifications:

·        Strong research and writing skills

·        Experience in the management / implementation of large scale European projects

·        Experience in the writing of project proposals (minimum 3 years)

·        Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages

·        An established network of university and research institutions

·        Experience with Horizon / AMIF / EuropeAid programmes

·        A Master's or PhD degree 

Project Officer

Main duties and responsibilities:

·        Coordination of EU-funded projects 

·        Writing / Developing project proposals

·        Report writing (including narrative and financial reporting)

·        Planning and implementing of communication/dissemination activities, including preparation of press releases

Required knowledge, experience, and qualifications:

·        Experience in the management / implementation of European projects

·        Experience in writing of project proposals 

·        Highly organised with the ability to meet strict deadlines

·        Excellent knowledge of English language    

·        University studies 

·        Excellent communication skills, including social media / multimedia 

Prior experience in an NGO and/or with the Erasmus+ programme will be considered an advantage.

Office Administrator

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Project administration of EU funded projects, including preparing project reports (financial) and timesheets

  • Assistance to project manager

  • Office and project related bookkeeping

  • Office administration duties

Required knowledge, experience, and qualifications:

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration or similar discipline

  • Excellent computer skills, including very good knowledge of Excel

  • Superb organization skills and attention to detail

  • Fluent in Greek and English languages (written and spoken)


The following will be considered a strong advantage:

  • Knowledge of an accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks) and time recording system
