About the Role
The Office Administrator will have direct collaboration with company management, and you will have the opportunity to take an active role in day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake general office administration and organizational tasks and support the day-to-day operations of the Office to ensure smooth functioning.
Handle front desk (Reception) by welcoming and assisting visitors and by managing calls and inquiries.
Provide administrative assistance to management on daily work, scheduling, and coordination.
Handle general correspondence, document preparation, calendar management and maintain filing systems
Order Office supplies.
Coordinate support for the smooth operation of the Company.
Provide support to the Accountant of the Company on bookkeeping.
Assist the Company’s Officers with any administrative tasks requested.
Support the efficient flow of information within the company.
Ensure office areas remain clean, tidy and welcoming.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and accuracy.
Professional attitude, discretion, and attention to detail.
Ability to understand instructions quickly and implement ideas effectively.
Professional conduct and presentation.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Fluency in Greek will be considered as an advantage.
Computer literacy, excellent knowledge of MS Office and internet.
University or College Diploma.
Previous experience in a similar position.
