Beyond Capital | The next generation of social enterprises

Beyond Capital - The next generation of social enterprises is funded through KA2 Erasmus+ for the years (2021 to 2023) and aims to 1. Offer advanced training for those working in social enterprises, cooperatives and nonprofit organizations, combining the knowledge necessary for business management and financial skills. 2. Disseminates advanced knowledge on the supply of finance and promotes sustainable funding opportunities for the social enterprise. 3. Promote a sense of initiative and entrepreneurial culture intended as the ability to act in innovative and enterprising ways, especially when it comes to financial planning and management.


The consortium is made up of representatives from Malta, Cyprus, Spain, Belgium, Germany and Italy and is coordinated by the Maltese Italian Chamber of Commerce (MICC) from Malta.

Intergreen

Intergreen | Building Sustainability Advisors for Greener Municipalities across Europe is funded through KA2 Eramus+  for the years (2022 to 2025) and aims to build capacities in the areas of sustainable development for municipality workers, and to transfer those capacities to the wider environment such they can be institutionalised on a wider national level and internationalised.


The consortium is made up of representatives from Greece, Portugal, The Republic of North Macedonia, Italy and Cyprus and is coordinated by GIP FIPAN from France.

Buddy Migrants

Buddy Migrants: Building inclusive communities through intercultural education in schools, is funded through KA2 Erasmus+ 2022-2024 and aims to project aims to address the barriers faced by newly-arrived third country natonal (TCN) families in accessing the social services (access to information, health, education, employment) as well as to contribute to creating inclusive environments that foster social inclusion, equity and equality, and that are responsive to the needs of the wider communities.


The consortium is made up of representatives from Cyprus, Slovenia, Greece, Austria and Belgium and is coordinated by Blenders from Belgium.

Together We Can

Together We Can is an Erasmus Plus KA2 programme aiming at developing activities and outputs that will improve the field of adult education by offering adequate learning and training opportunities to migrant women who live in rural areas. Moreover,  the project intends to support the communities that host migrant women to become local learning environments that promote their inclusion and active engagement. 


The partnership consists of organisations from 5 countries in Europe: Germany, Cyprus, Italy, Portugal and Austria. Verein Niedersächsischer Bildungsinitiativen in Germany leads the project. It is funded by the Erasmus+ programme for the period 2022-2025.

PROTA (Prisoners Reintegration Opportunities and Training in Artificial Environments for Employment)

Through the PROTA project we want to promote and implement flexible learning pathways for upskilling disadvantaged and marginalized individuals in their areas, with the use of the OER environment and the additional possibility of supporting one to one session for guidance and problem solving. Coordinated support, learning opportunities and personal and vocational guidance to the participants during their time in correctional institutions and after their release are the main outcomes of the project. The project is coordinated by Bucharest Rahova Penitentiary based in Romania and brings together partners from Cyprus, Italy, Greece, and the Netherlands.

Sustainability Coaches

Sustainability Coaches is an Erasmus Plus KA2 programme aiming at providing trainers and multipliers (e.g., adult educators, NGO workers, people working in community outreach) with knowledge, skills, and competences to educate others on sustainability topics and become “Sustainability Coaches”. Our sustainability coaches intend to motivate and inspire their learners for local sustainable action, while having global challenges in mind (think global – act local). 


The partnership consists of organisations from 4 countries in Europe: Cyprus, Italy, and the Republic of North Macedonia. Verein Niedersächsischer Bildungsinitiativen in Germany leads the project. It is funded by the Erasmus+ programme for the period 2022-2024.

d.thinking: Design Thinking for Social Inclusion

In the project "Design Thinking for Social Inclusion" we want to implement design thinking in three areas that are of great importance for social inclusion: social entrepreneurship, community work and sustainability management. The main outcome of the project will be an interactive learning platform that can be used by teachers and trainers to develop face-to-face, online or blended learning workshops based on the design thinking process. The project is coordinated by the Verein Niedersächsischer Bildungsinitiativen e.V., based in Germany and brings together partners from Cyprus, Italy, Austria, Denmark and North Macedonia.

DIGITUP : Digital transformation and empowerment of SMEs

The COVID-19 pandemic served as a wake-up call, prompting the European Union to prioritize innovation. To support SMEs, the EU has allocated funds for initiatives like DigitUp, which aim to facilitate their digital transformation. Recovery plans implemented by European member states focus on areas such as big data, the Internet of Things, and cybersecurity, while also promoting investment, skills training, and collaboration. DigitUp, through education and cooperation, aims to enhance the digital upskilling of SMEs by identifying in-demand skills, providing regular training, and fostering public debate on digital transformation. By embracing these efforts, SMEs can become more competitive in the global market and gain access to new technologies and opportunities.

UPSKILL+ : Quality upskilling in agrotourism focused on sustainable innovation and experience

UPSKILL+ is a collaborative project aimed at enhancing entrepreneurial competencies in agrotourism for adult learners. The project focuses on developing a tailored training pathway through an innovative and sustainable online platform. By promoting green sustainability and social inclusion, upskill+ seeks to contribute to the recovery of the agrotourism sector and improve the employability of adults, particularly those from vulnerable groups. The project aims to create a quality training program that provides formal recognition of skills gained, benefitting participants and mentors alike. Coordinated by the City Hall of Pliego, the consortium includes partners from France, Italy, Ireland, Finland, and Cyprus.

GreenGenerations Project

The project GreenGenerations: tackling climate change through intergenerational learning, addresses a compelling need to enable children to take an active role in combating climate change and be poised to transform society in ways that are necessary to avoid the most catastrophic impacts of climate change. In addition, the other important project’s target group is teachers who will gain valuable tools and guidance on how to put in place environmental education practices that involve intergenerational learning with the aim to influence behavioral change both for students and their families. Thus, through innovative educational resources, teachers will be able to interact with students and local communities and have a positive impact on a more sustainable future.  The project is coordinated by Eutopique, France, in collaboration with partners from Greece, Romania, Bulgaria and Cyprus.

INCLUDED Project

The main objective of the project "Promoting Inclusive Employment in the GLAM Sector through Open Innovation" (INCLUDED), is to create a mindset of equal access and non-discrimination for inclusive employment in the galleries, libraries, archives, and museums (GLAM) sector for adults with disabilities. The long term goal is to form a more inclusive GLAM workforce through an open innovation paradigm.  This Erasmus+ project (2022-2024) is coordinated by VINCO, Austria, and brings together partners from Greece, Lithuania, Italy and Cyprus.

Education Architects : Enriching VET education through comprehensive Design Thinking tools

The primary goal of this project is to enhance VET educational offerings in the area of designing and creating educational tools and services by developing a comprehensive Design Thinking Manual for education. The project's objectives are the following: 1) raising awareness of the Design Thinking methodology (best practises, testing), 2) transferring and adapting the DT approach to the needs of VET education (staff training programme, multiplier events), and 3) providing a comprehensive set of DT tools for vocational training of a staff that designs and implements educational services/products (Manual with a supplement and teaching material). The project is coordinated by Inspire Consulting, Poland, and brings together organisations from Spain, and Cyprus.

SCALE UP: Fostering women’s financing in social Entrepreneurship

The SCALEUP project aims to stimulate women's entrepreneurship in the social entrepreneurship sector through the creation of materials specifically designed to have the greatest possible impact on the target audience's difficulties in accessing finance for the specific sector and on business sustainability strategies. Furthermore, the project also aims to have an impact on VET trainers and business coaches. The course, which will be online and distance learning, will be accompanied by a set of accessory tools, useful to further increase knowledge and inspire present and future female entrepreneurs.  The project is coordinated by CCIS, Spain, and brings together organisations from Italy, Spain, Belgium and Lithuania.

SPACE4US - A model of blended-experiential learning for the empowerment of young women

The SPACE4US project that aims to develop and test an innovative and integrated model for the individual and collective empowerment of young women, based on blended-experiential learning activities, to foster the social inclusion of girls at risk of marginalisation. The project also aims to design and experiment new support strategies to help these girls reach their full potential. We want to improve the personal and professional skills of the youth workers involved in the project, who often lack proper pedagogical knowledge and methodologies. 


The project is coordinated by Glocal Factory, Italy, and brings together organisations from Croatia, Portugal, Spain, Cyprus, Lithuania and Poland.

Gardens 4 All : Connecting Community Gardening with Social Inclusion of Migrants and Refugees

The GARDENS4ALL project aims to promote the social inclusion of migrants and refugees in their host communities through community gardening. Furthermore, the GARDENS4ALL project aims to achieve a considerable impact on the primary and eventual target-groups, but also to the partner organisations and further stakeholders.


The project is coordinated by the Institute for Sustainable Education and Development (ISEDE) e.V., Germany, and brings together organisations from Portugal, Ireland, Spain, Poland, Slovenia and Cyprus.

Skills4Integration Project (S4I)

The Skills4Integration project aims to address the needs of low-skilled adult migrants and refugees, the acquisition of literacy, numeracy and digital skills can facilitate their integration by providing access to valuable information and resources. The project also aims to develop a WebApp to teach and engage users in various ways, including simple texts, videos and animations with voice-overs and subtitles, audio files and computer screen recordings. 


The project is coordinated by Stichting Vrouw en Welzijn, The Netherlands, and brings together organisations from Portugal, Belgium, Finland, Greece and Cyprus.

YE- COVID : Youth Escape COVID

The project "Youth Escape COVID" project aims to develop a highly innovative non-formal educational method and tool-using culture as a foundation for this endeavor, while the scope of the project is to combat the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on European youth in a creative and innovative manner. The project is coordinated by ASOCIATIA SCOUT SOCIETY, Romania, and brings together organisations from Portugal, France, Turkey, Spain, Italy and Cyprus.

The Green Step : Green skills in adult education - A curriculum for the future

The Green Step Project aims to follow a holistic approach to support, raise awareness and build capacity about environmental and  climate-change challenges in the sphere of adult education. The partners of the project have identified gaps in adult education, regarding  responsible citizenship and climate change. The purpose of the project  is to educate adult educators and learners to develop knowledge, skills, values and behaviors for addressing the problems mentioned above. The project is coordinated by Stichting Netwerkpro, The Netherlands, and brings together organisations from Denmark, Romania, Italy and Cyprus.

Game4CoSkills Project

The "Game4CoSkills Project" aims to create a mobile game for cognitive skill development and concept teaching for adults with intellectual disabilities that can be used individually or in a group setting. The mobile game covers a variety of cognitive skill development and concept teaching strategies, becoming more difficult as performance improves in color, memory, math, accuracy, logic, dexterity, multitasking, and attention to detail. Adults with intellectual disabilities will be able to experience mobile games by participating in enjoyable group activities in this manner. The project is coordinated by INTERACTIVE 4D, France, and brings together organisations from Austria, Turkey, Greece, Italy and Cyprus.

VET VR ACADEMY

VET -VR Academy is funded by Erasmus+ for the years 2021-2024 and aims to promote the use of digital tools in vocational education and training, foster the digital transition and strengthen the capacity of VET organisations in the field of digital training by creating an e-learning environment and virtual reality environments that will be included into VET orientation and teaching. The main objectives of the project are: (1) to promote the use of digital tools in VET training in the restaurants career. (2) enhance its attractiveness of VET learning. (3)  Address the emerging needs after Covid-19 pandemic by developing digital tools. (4) Develop cross-cultural and language skills (5) Promote VET training and education regardless of age.  The consortium is made up of representatives from France, Denmark, Cyprus, Germany and Spain and is coordinated by PISTES SOLIDAIRES  from France.
