Women self-starters are beneficial to the local economy. This is why more action is needed to decrease the barriers of entry to women looking to enter new markets, through education and training, change of the discriminatory laws and helping women-led businesses in succeeding.

SPACE4US - 2nd Newsletter!

The SPACE4US Erasmus+ project has now published its second newsletter! Don’t miss out, you can now read it in English and Greek! The newsletter focuses on the findings of Result 1 which consists of a qualitative and comparative social study on the risk of exclusion faced by girls in Europe. The study aims to provide an update framework of the multidimensional concept of social exclusion, drew on the identification of the major predictors of vulnerability and risk in the life paths of young women. An intersectional gender perspective, oriented towards ideals of social transformation and social justice, frames the study.
Green Step National Training in Verona

Find out more about The Green Step Transnational Training which took place from the 21st to 23rd of September in Verona, Italy. The training was attended by 20 participants including coordinators, trainers and trainees coming from different geographical, economic and social realities from northern, central, eastern and southern Europe represented by the Netherlands, Denmark, Romania, Italy and Cyprus. It was hosted by Glocal Factory in the creative spaces of the 37100 Lab Center in Verona.
