HECSOs | Report on Community Engagement Practices OUT NOW

We are thrilled to announce that the HECSOs project's comprehensive report on community engagement practices is out now! This report is the culmination of all the hard work we have done so far and offers valuable insights for anyone interested in social impact.
Divided into three parts, the report begins with a literature review that defines the construct of community engagement. It then delves into the methodology, findings, and questions of the analyses of 16 case studies selected out of 75 practices collected. The report also offers a brief description of all 16 case studies. Our team looked in particular to the process of community engagement, starting from the challenge, value generation process, stakeholder empowerment, key enablers of community engagement, as well as know-how/competence mapping. In addition to these analyses, the report also includes annexes that list the other 59 practices and the main tools used in the research and interviews.
We invite you to read the full report here or on our website and learn more about our work here.
