Overview
SYNTHESIS helps grow a thriving social innovation and social enterprise ecosystem in Cyprus. Since 2010 we’ve convened European conferences and trainings, built partnerships, and translated research into practice—so impactful ideas can scale.

In 2015, we founded Hub Nicosia, the country’s first hub of social impact—a social innovation lab and coworking space for organisations with cultural, environmental, and social missions.

2010–present – European conferences and training events advancing social entrepreneurship in Cyprus.

2015 – Hub Nicosia launches: the first social impact hub in the country.

2017 – SYNTHESIS authors the national policy document on developing the social enterprise ecosystem (for the European Commission & Government of Cyprus).

2018 – Council of Ministers adopts the National Action Plan based on this study.

2019–2023 – Commissioned by the European Commission to deliver multiple studies on social innovation, social entrepreneurship, and the social economy.
