On February the 3rd, BI4SME consortium met online for the monthly follow-up meeting.
The partnership discussed the progress of ongoing activities.
Right now, partners are creating training materials on BI tools.
A training course will be available to all entrepreneurs and managers interested in developing BI skills.

SMELT Project Closing!
SYNTHESIS is proud to announce the closing of the project SMELT (Skilling Marginalized People to Enter the Labour Market) that was celebrated with a Final Conference and Partner Meeting in Schio, Italy. Through the SMELT project, people had the opportunity to become trained, motivated and empowered to enter the labour force, they explored the welding sector and created new connections in the community. In addition, resources and materials were created to address the need of professionals in the field supporting the employment and integration of marginalized groups.
