Due to expansion, we invite applications for the following positions:
1. EU Programme Officer
Main duties and responsibilities:

Managing / implementing EU projects
-
Writing / Developing project proposals
Required knowledge, experience, and qualifications:
-
Experience in the management / implementation of European projects (at least 3 years)
-
Experience in the writing of funded proposals
-
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
-
University degree (Social Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or any other field)
-
Ability to work fast and meet strict deadlines
Additional knowledge and skills will be considered an advantage:

Experience with Horizon / Amif / or Erasmus programmes.
2. Training / Project Officer
Main duties and responsibilities:
-
Managing EU projects related to training / adult education
-
Developing and submitting training programmes to the “Human Resource Development Authority” (HDRA) and other funders
-
Managing the HDRA procedures and requirements
-
Promotion of training programmes to potential customers
-
Exploring other funding opportunities in terms of training (such as public procurements)
-
Liaising with HRDA, other training funding bodies, and trainers
Required knowledge, experience, and qualifications:
-
University degree
-
2 years minimum experience in Trainings, Sales, Events, or EU projects
-
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Ability to work fast and meet strict deadlines
-
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
-
Proactive with sales skills

3. Course Designer
Main duties and responsibilities:
-
Communicates with Project Manager to identify training needs
-
Designs courses for face-to-face, blended, and online delivery
-
Develops training content
-
Ensures blended learning achieves objectives, engages learners, and tests understanding
-
Migrates course into learning management system as appropriate
-
Supports and provides project management for Blended learning management system (LMS) and software upgrades
-
Implements and supports other e-learning opportunities related to adult learning methodologies
Required knowledge, experience, skills and qualifications:
-
University degree in Education, Educational Technology, Computer or related field
-
Have an excellent understanding of the use of technology for teaching and learning
-
Experience on education design and delivery of training
-
Excellent written and presentation skills as well as comprehensive computer skills
-
Experience with Moodle or other web authoring and course development tools
-
Action oriented, innovative thinking, strong problem-solving skills, flexible, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Effective written and oral communication skills
Additional knowledge / skills will be considered an advantage:

Web design, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS

4. Administrator / Receptionist
Main duties and responsibilities:

General office administration

Organisation of events / seminars

Preparation of press releases and newsletters

Social media management

Book-keeping
-
Other office / administrative tasks required by the Management
Required knowledge, experience, and qualifications:

University / College degree in any field
-
Excellent communication skills (oral and verbal)

Excellent command of English and/or Greek languages

Excellent knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)

Excellent organisation and time management skills

People skills and service oriented
Additional knowledge and skills will be considered an advantage:

Experience with managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn

Knowledge of online tools such as MailChimp

Office Administrator
Main duties and responsibilities:

Project administration of EU funded projects, including preparing project reports (financial) and timesheets

Office administration duties
Required knowledge, experience, and qualifications:

University degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration or similar discipline

Excellent computer skills, including very good knowledge of Excel

Superb organization skills and attention to detail
-
Fluent in Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
The following will be considered a strong advantage:

Knowledge of an accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks) and time recording system
