We create and implement research and educational projects of social impact (particularly in the fields of employment, entrepreneurship, migrant integration and social inclusion) and manage "Hub Nicosia," a pioneering social innovation hub which houses and supports organizations, entrepreneurs and enterprises with a social mission. 

 

We provide mentoring and support to children and adolescents who are at risk of early school leaving. In addition, we support teachers and schools to develop programmes that can help pupils acquire life and entrepreneurial skills.

We also provide non-formal education to youth and adults. Our beneficiaries are people who are at the risk of social exclusion, including NEET youth, migrants, people with disabilities, or those with fewer opportunities. Our work focuses on developing a combination of knowledge, values and skills which will mobilise youth and adults to fully engage in civic, political and economic life.

As an accredited Vocational Education & Training provider, we focus on the development of training programmes that can empower small enterprises and their employees as well as  enhance the employment of people who are at the margin of society.
