We develop and implement research and educational projects of social impact (particularly in the fields of employment, entrepreneurship, migrant integration and social inclusion) and manage “Hub Nicosia,” a pioneering co-working and educational space.

 

We invite applications for a full time position at our office at Hub Nicosia:  

Administrator / Receptionist

DUTIES:

  • Welcomes visitors and manages the reception and office area

  • Answers calls

  • Ensures smooth and effective operation of the office

  • Assists the Director with daily administration work

  • Processes invoices, receipts and payments

  • Ensures cleanliness and tidiness of the office

  • Orders office stationary and supplies

  • General office administration

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in a similar position is a must

  • Fluency in English and Greek Language

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication skills and pleasant personality

  • Excellent Computer skills

  • Organised and efficient

  • Knowledge and experience in book-keeping
